The jacuzzi was awesome, but the shower leaked everywhere.

The experience at Bonne Sante Hotel was fantastic! The staff, including Yusuf and Adam, were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. Our Deluxe Family Suite was not only clean but also spacious and comfortable. The hotel's prime location right on Istiklal Street made it so easy to explore the area, with Taksim Square just a short walk away.

The room had ample space for a family, offering a decent amount of comfort during our stay. The balcony provided a decent view, enhancing the overall experience.

The bathroom layout created issues. unable to open the door fully, cramped conditions made it inconvenient. A persistent odor from the jacuzzi was unpleasant, adding to discomfort. Breakfast choices were starkly limited, with only a few types of cheese, cold cuts, and stale bread on offer. The dirty, broken chairs on the balcony were not as expected from the hotel's presentation, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired with visible mold on the ceiling and elsewhere.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bonne Sante Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Istiklal Street, making shopping and sightseeing a delight. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated their thoughtfulness in assisting with every request.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Istiklal view for 3 nights. The room was spacious, and I loved the balcony with a view of the bustling street below! Super clean and the bed was really comfy, too. But, if noise bothers you, the street noise can be a bit much at times. Overall, though, it was a great spot to relax after exploring Istanbul.

Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was completely empty, which was disappointing given the expectations for a mini-bar.
